We designed and built this head in 2008 (1st year of the new CFI Liberty
Engine but was not able to make more than 4HP over the 14:1 Polaris Stock Head's
Design..
Well.. After all the failures at lower elevations with the 2008 Stock Head,
Polaris, WISELY, decided to lower the compression for 2009 to help with the
engine failures. THEN.. in 2010 and 2011 they took it a step further and went to
the OLD 900 Twin combustion chamber design. This design cost the engine about
10HP but the engine failures were less prominent..
So, since Polaris has went back to the old "No Power" Design chamber. We have
decided to release our Torque-Line Billet 800 CFI Head to the public.
This head will gains some much need cooling and add about 10HP on top end..
This head is especially beneficial when making a big bore engine or in a turbo application!
